Angle- A figure formed by two rays, or sides, with a common endpoint.
Vertex- The common endpoint of two rays.
Interior of an angle- The set of all points between the sides of an angle.
Exterior of an angle- The set of all points outside the angle.
Measure- For an angle, it is usually given in degrees.
Degree- One three hundred sixtieth of a circle.
Congruent angles- Angles that have the same measure(expressd with tick marks or arc marks).
Angle bisector- A ray that divides an angle into two congruent angles.
Angle Addition Postulate-If a point is in the interior of an angle then the measure of half the angle plus the other half of the angle equals the measure of the whole angle(see pictures)
