Distance: the length between two points is the absolute value of the difference of the coordinates.
-If the coordinates of points A and B are a and b to find the distance between coordinate points use the absolute value to subtract a from b or b from a.
Congruent Segments

Segment Addition Postulate: If B is between A and C then AB + BC= AC.
Segment Bisector: is any ray, segment, or line that intersects a segment at its midpoint. It divides the segment into tow equal parts at is midpoint.
